Senior Dental Assistant

Smile Clinique is a modern and welcoming dental clinic located in Nyon. Our multidisciplinary team places a strong emphasis on providing excellent care and ensuring patient comfort. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a responsible dental assistant to join our team.

• Assist practitioners with conservative, surgical, and prosthetic dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments in accordance with current hygiene protocols
• Manage patient reception and ensure warm and professional communication
• Organize and coordinate appointment schedules in collaboration with the medical team
• Manage inventory and place necessary orders
• Participate in the continuous improvement of internal procedures and contribute to service quality
• Ensure a spotless, safe, and reassuring care environment for patients

• CFC in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a dental practice or clinic (minimum 3 years)
• Proficiency in sterilization and hygiene protocols
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with patients
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative
• Fluency in French; English or Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency with computer tools and practice management software
